Product Description

We produce and supply the R32, T38, T45, T51, T60, ST58 and ST68 series shank adapters, our shank adapter can replacement of Atlas copo, Boart, FuruKawa and Sand vik's products, also we can produce the shank adapter according to customer's demand.

Maxdrill shank adaptors ensure a quality drill string interface to the most exacting industry tolerances. Built to seamlessly interface with hydraulic and pneumatic drifters and top hammers, our shank adapters come in a full range of industry-standard thread configurations. Our precision grinding process ensures straightness, and our tools are fully carburized with an advanced heat treatment.

Different shank adapters are available, like Atlas Copco, Tamrock, Ingersoll Rand,etc. Also for the same drill machine, due to different applications, the shank adapters can be different length and different threads

T38 435mm drifting shank adapter for tunneling are used for transmitting power from the rock drill to the drill stems. Generally there are male threaded shank dapters and femal threaded shank adapters. Male shank adapters are more popular than female shank adapter. Male shank adapters are generally suited for drifting, tunneling and extension applications where high stresses are present. Female shank adapters are used when the drilling space is limited.
