Product introduction

The bolt body of the hollow bolt adopts a hollow design, and the hole in the rod body is used as the drilling high-pressure air-water channel and grouting channel. Compared with the solid rod body, the hollow rod body design can obtain better rigidity and shear strength. The standard large-pitch thread structure on the outer surface of the bolt is convenient for cutting and connecting the bolt. Compared with the smooth rod body, the bonding area between the bolt body and the grouting material is increased, thereby improving the anchoring force.

Quality Control and Inspection

1. The allowable deviation of bolt installation shall meet the following requirements

1) The diameter of the bolt hole should meet the design requirements.

2) The depth of the bolt hole should be greater than 250px of the length of the bolt.

3) The allowable deviation of the bolt hole distance is ±375px.

4) The insertion length of the anchor rod shall not be less than 95% of the design length.

2. The direction of the bolt hole should meet the design requirements

The anchor plate should be closely attached to the base surface, and the anchor should be straight, without damage, and without cracks, oil stains, granular or flake corrosion on the surface.

3. Quality control

Pre-job training is required.

Let the operator understand and pay attention to the application procedures and standards.

Before starting work, a thorough disclosure must be made.

The anchor bolt arrangement must be drawn, and its position should be strictly controlled.

Control the water-cement ratio of the mortar.

Control the grouting pressure and the amount of grouting.
