Description


  1. Good high-temperature wear resistance, using hard alloy cutting heads with excellent thermal properties, which have better high-temperature wear resistance and faster drilling speed.


2. The drilling speed is fast. The hole expansion time is generally 4-10 minutes (the required time varies depending on the amount of steel slag and cold steel accumulated at the tapping port).


3. It has more advantages for tapping holes that are difficult to expand. Due to the excellent thermal hardness of the cutting head and its large inclination angle spiral design, it has better slag removal performance. Therefore, it has obvious advantages over other tapping hole expanders for converter tapping holes that are difficult to expand.


4. The service life of the reamer is long, with an average of 8-20 steel outlets per reamer.
