Product process: cold installation, hot installation, friction welding

It is suitable for all high-efficiency spiral drill rods.

Hot fitting process: One end of the rod body is pre-processed with an inner square hole, and the other end is heated. The square steel is installed on the fixture, and the square steel is directly pressed into the inside of the rod body, and then the pin hole is drilled and the pin is welded. It is suitable for F18, F24, F32.

Friction welding process: It can be applied to all high-efficiency auger drill pipes. Currently, with the gradual improvement of technology, friction welding process will gradually replace the existing cold and hot charging processes in high-efficiency auger drill pipes.
